The Thermomix® TM7, explained simply.
What it is, what it really changes in the kitchen, who I am, and how I support you — from the first demonstration to the years of cooking that follow.

A bowl that heats, blends and weighs — and a screen that guides you.
The Thermomix® is a cooking appliance designed by Vorwerk. On its own, it brings together a scale, a blender, a dough mixer, a hob and a steamer. You add the ingredients when the screen asks for them; it sets the time, temperature and speed itself.
It weighs
The scale is built in: you pour straight into the bowl, to the gram, without getting out a single measuring jug.
It chops, blends, grinds
Onions chopped in seconds, a silky soup, icing sugar, rice flour: the blade goes from coarse to the finest.
It cooks and simmers
Up to 160 °C, set to the degree, stirring on its own: risotto, sauces, jams, custard — without standing over the pan.
It kneads and whisks
Bread dough, pizza dough, brioche, egg whites, whipped cream: the most tiring jobs in baking, done for you.
It steams
The Varoma sits on top of the bowl: fish and vegetables steam above while the sauce or the rice cooks below.
It browns
Golden onions or seared meat at high temperature, in the same bowl as the rest of the recipe.
It takes its time
Slow cooking, sous-vide, fermenting for yoghurt and proving dough: modes that run on their own for hours at a steady temperature.
It guides you
Follow a recipe on the screen, step by step: it sets itself at every step. There is nothing to guess, even the first time.
The latest generation, and the one I cook with.
The TM7 is the current Thermomix® model. It keeps everything that came before, with a bigger screen, more cooking modes, and it is quieter.
- A 10-inch touchscreenRecipes are shown large, with a photo of every step.
- Thousands of recipes with Cookidoo®Vorwerk's recipe platform (a subscription) sends guided recipes straight to the screen.
- A 2.2-litre bowl, up to 160 °CEnough to cook for four to six people, with heating set to the degree.
- Lid-off cooking, a bigger VaromaTo reduce a sauce as you would in a pan, and steam more in one go.
- Everything goes in the dishwasherBowl, lid, blade and accessories: only the base stays on the worktop.

Not another gadget: you use it every day.
Dinner in thirty minutes, the weekend bread, the kids' mash, dessert for friends coming round. Here is what comes out of my kitchen — and out of the community's.

Cédric: a Thermomix® user since 2006, an advisor today.
I discovered the Thermomix® in 2006 with a TM31 and have never been without one since — today a TM7. I am a software developer by trade and a cook for pleasure: I built the BolDeCuisine app myself, so that our community would have something better than a group lost inside a messaging app.
I am also a Thermomix® advisor: I demonstrate it, help you decide, and above all I stay around after the purchase. It is not a call centre that answers you, it is me.
From the first demonstration to the follow-up, one person.
No pressure and no commitment: we take the time to see whether the Thermomix® belongs in your kitchen. If it does, I take care of the rest.
A demonstration
At your home, by video or by phone, anywhere in France. We cook a real meal together and you ask every question you have.
Honest advice
The current offer if there is one, the accessories worth having, financing if you need it. Payment goes to Vorwerk, never through me.
Getting started
I keep a close eye on your delivery and help you cook your first recipes, so it does not stay in its box.
Follow-up, in the app
With BolDeCuisine: exclusive recipes and videos, workshops, the forum, and a direct line to me — for as long as you cook.
Before you decide.
Do I need to know how to cook?
No. In guided mode it tells you what to add and handles the rest itself. Experienced cooks keep full control in manual mode.
How much does it cost?
The price is set by Vorwerk and changes with the offers. Write to me: I will give you today's price, the current offer and the financing options.
Does it replace my other appliances?
Often the scale, the blender, the stand mixer and the steamer. Not the oven: gratins and roasts stay there.
Is the app only for your customers?
No, BolDeCuisine is free for everyone. Buying through me also unlocks the members-only recipes, videos, workshops and forum.
